On the contiguous states, yup all completely & definitely stolen. Hawaii is absolutely stolen: they overthrew their Queen so they could grow more pineapples. Alaska could be considered legitimately purchased, but I flat out don’t know how the Russians took it before it was sold to us.

What is even the premise of stolen land to begin with? Where does it end? At a certain point of time, all land was owned by someone else.

Think about all the wars of conquest.
