[feature request] Home button refreshes feed

3 years ago by Cheems to c/liftoff

If I've scrolled for a while there isn't really a good way to refresh my feed aside from closing out and relaunching. It would be kinda nice if you were 100 posts down and you press the homebutton it'd take you back to the top or just refresh and take you back to the top. I think a confirmation would be nice to have with it also just Incase it's accidentally hit.

The dots on the upper right can be hidden at times when scrolling.

I find going a post or two down the line then scrolling slightly up can make them reappear. Then you can use the refresh feature.

I didn't know that was a thing I saw it in another comment. I guess my point is at certain times the home icon does nothing at all so maybe that would be a good feature for it either way

Maybe make the home button forces the bar at the top to show? I've found that in order for it to show you can't just pull the feed, you have to kinda.... Flick it.
