I've definitely felt like my Google searches have been lackluster after a lot of subreddits went dark. from advices to game communities, it sucks to check other forums you have no knowledge of browsing or worse shudders quora

You can use appending https://web.archive.org/web/ to the said reddit URL (use old.reddit.com) as a workaround. The archive team has been archiving a lot of reddit content lately.

That's nice, thanks for the suggestion, although I'm assuming this method will only work for subreddits that have been manually archived, correct?
