- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

I expect he's going to say he didn't mean that he fabricated the story, but instead meant that he "created the story" in the sense of bringing it to the media's attention
