A catch all "nsfw" tag is dumb. It should be divided into "Lewd" and "Gross" tags

The problem is any system depends on self tagging, and the more complex the classification, less people will be willingly tagging their content.

You could do it so no matter if you tag as lewd or gore there is also a NSFW tag attached
