Can an AI-Powered Fitness App Outperform a Human Trainer?

3 years ago by eee to c/technology

In the battle between human and machine, I found one was better in helping me achieve my fitness goals.

Would you use one?

I think an app would definitely be more accessible to most people for a lower price. But it doesn't work as well to motivate you (peer pressure and having someone there still works best).

This has been already tested. An AI Sky.net provides thorough physical assessment and training regime, accompanied with a strict dietary plan and some tasks for your free time.

Here's a picture of some of the basic routine results for reference.
