How do I change the brightness increments on KDE?

a year ago by pablodaniel to c/linuxquestions

When I change my laptop's brightness using the brightness keys, it changes them in 5% increments. I would like to reduce this.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Have you looked at the global hotkeys? At least for volume it shows separate ones to use 1% increments.

It does show those for brightness for me, too:

Thanks, I was looking for a solution for that, too. 🙂
