No no no! I know it's just a silly meme. I just get bristle-y when I see commenters being all "haha yes cat stupid dog good", which I've seen in other posts.

You are speaking a human language — not cat language. Attempting to speak on their level will yield results.
Cats are not dogs. Why do people get so snooty that most cats won't jump at their every command?
It's like people try to misunderstand cats. Drives me up the fucking wall.
(yes, I'm aware it's just a silly meme, but I'm so tiiiiiired of people being so smug about cats being "bad"/"dumb" pets compared to dogs. The difference is that people are accustomed to dogs doing everything they want them to do. That's fucking weird)
