Sub titles out of sync when resuming

Wondering if anyone has a solution to subtitles (SRT) going out of sync for some movies when they are resumed and not stated from the beginning.

Do you think I need to run something to re-sync the sub file? It's not all movies.

Does the problem remain if you skip back 30 seconds or more? I’ve found in the past with other software that doing so can resolve some of these issues. Is it a particular client you’re using?

I'm using the Roku client. I did try skipping around, but everything remained out of sync.

Let me try a different client and see.

On my Android phone and Roku the subtitles are not synced, on my desktop they are fine. 😭
