Look up Trentham and Mount Macedon. It's a bit late in the season for those kind of mushrooms, but you might get lucky. Nice bushwalking though.

Want to get away with the wife for a few days, not that familiar with the outskirts of Melbourne. Anyone know any good spots where mushrooms might still be in season? Is mount Dandenong any good for that?
