I am looking to increase the amount of my ejaculate. Currently my best effort yields just a teaspoon. That's with a week between sessions. Does anyone know what I can do to increase that volume?

I'm glad that mention the danger of too much zinc, this is not a joke. Very dangerous for the liver.

I tried Lecithin myself which is pretty safe stuff but it doesn't seem to do a lot.
