So when both wrestlers are laying on the mat after a big exchange the ref will start a 10 count, presumably to rule a no contest / double down.
My question is, have they ever actually finished the 10 count? If so what happened?

I don't know if it's happened in AEW, but I know I've seen it before. The match would be ruled a double knockout and I'm guessing it would count as a tie for AEW's stats.
