It's the U.K. they dont have a constitution or any rights.

Well, they kind of do, it's just a series of other acts that combined create the modern system and the rights they definitely have even if they are more unwritten than most of the peasants suspect.

Complicating it further the UK uses common law so quite a lot of their legal "code" and "rights" are mostly just vibes.
