I like kbin, but I'm not in love with the mobile UI, so I'm really just wanting to get a nice app.

In the meantime, you can use the gear icon and enable compact mode if you want to do less scrolling. The icon is hidden below all posts on mobile unfortunately.

If you’re on iOS and don’t mind using something that’s being tested, I have enjoyed Thunder so far.

I will also caveat that I signed up via lemmy.world, in case that makes a difference for being able to use it.

This is how I feel. I tried both but ended up gravitating to kbin. Once you spend some time familiarizing yourself with the features and UI, it is pretty pleasant to explore.

I heard Sync for Lemmy will have kbin support at some point after the main launch
