Made them here: https://programming.dev/c/sysadmin and https://programming.dev/c/privacy after thinking a bit more

For those two im not sure if they fall within the programming scope of the instance, theres a sysadmin community over in tchncs though here and lemmy.world here. If enough people want it and theres a reason connecting it to programming though I can make it
