I have no idea what's causing parts of my top layers to look so awful. anyone have ideas?

Bambu p1s

Pla. Its been dried in dehydrator for 4 hours at 55

Ironing is off (seemed to be the same with ironing on)

Ive tried turning the temp down to 210

There is a prime tower and purging is set to 1x

Flow rate is 0.96

Aux fan is off

Relatively new nozzle (less than a couple months old and I dont print that often)

I dont know what other info might be relevant

Its not the absolute top surface though, the black icons are raised higher and those look fine.

Really at a loss. Does anyone have any ideas?

Wash your build plate with dish soap. Rubbing alcohol isn’t enough long term.
