Huh? $154 at close, how is that "below" a $135 IPO launch price?

I think I this is talking about when the stock was generally available vs its "IPO". The general public could start buying the stock on Friday June 12th. From what I can see the price opened around $160 on Friday (seems like somewhere between $150-160).

The $135 price wasn't available to everyone.
