I fully believe this. Most of the difference is societal. Men DO have a strength, height and weight advantage, but its not as extreme as people think, and those three qualities don't automatically make someone the best option for a sport. This is especially true and apparent in things like e-sports where men have ZERO inherent advantage, but overwhelming societal advantage to be better.

Sports were invented an curated over time by men who only selected men to learn and play. Given equal opportunity to shape and influence sports culture, women could compete on an even playing field with men.
