Come up with a totally wild, fictional subject or project eg teaching cats to play jazz. Then explain how to do it, eg "put butter over the instruments to entice them then gently move their paws to play"

To make the perfect flying fairy cake you must first summon the fairies by singing a jaunty song and scattering petals round. When they arrive, you make the cake while doing a fairy dance, and they sprinkle fairy dust into the mix. You then bake the cakes but please, please remember to bolt them down so they don't fly away
