Is there more context to this? Or have we really reached a point in secular puritans discourse where asking for nudes (as a blanket ask, even, not directed at anyone in particular) is "sexual violence"?

Yeah the context would be the people who said he assaulted them, who can be found by searching his name. I prefer to give as little context as possible so I can screenshot people on here defending asking for nudes on a boat named for a symbol of the children orphaned by genocide, left with no choice but to take up arms, from which people were kidnapped and assaulted by the IDF. This being their sole political goal other than recruiting grifters like Berger with a huge online following, and shielding them because of their reach.

It's puritan because it equates sexual desire with evil, unconditionally. It's secular because puritanism is usually associated with protestantism, but in this case it finds its way through some kind of political moralism that is only indirectly connected with the pervasive puritanism in the American society

But that’s the thing I’m not equating sexual desire with evil. I never said he was evil for being horny, or evil at all. I said he’s a pig because he’s acting like a pig. That’s also not what secular means.
