Those are just poor dubs

A good dub you wouldn't know that it was dubed unless you stared at the character's lips and tried to see where it didn't line up

Huh? Japanese dubs tend to be worse at lipsync than english dubs

Some are definitely bad, and also you hear the same voices over and over again haha. But a lot of them are genuinely great!

The are a LOT of good examples, but for some reason the one that comes immediately to mind is Mushishi. Check it out!
