Who are the "and family"? The wife is clearly already mentally considering herself your ex-wife, so that is less relevant. But are the other transphobes around you your children or siblings or what?

I just need my wife and family to stop being transphobic, that would end my problem right now and I would come out and transition. I've got everything else.
