So we're down to just the one Amendment now?

This is not a violation of the 1st amendment, and we should be careful about claiming as such. What we know about this President is that he loves to play the Reverse Uno card and take all the horrible shit he does and turning around and accusing others of it.

If I were President I would absolutely ban the likes of Fox News and Newsmax from The White House. There's nothing to be gained from engaging with them. You're just giving them ammunition to use in their disinformation campaigns.

The 1st amendment does not guarantee anyone the right to ask The President questions.

Reprisals against media by denying access to official press conferences because you don't like their accurate reporting is in fact against the first amendment, "Artyom"

Please cite a source that says The White House has to allow every Tom Dick and Jane "reporter" in existence, "CrimeIsLegalNow"

E: lots of downvotes, zero sources. 🤷

If you do feel it is justified, apply a litmus test: would it still be acceptable if it was done by [insert someone you hate here].

Woah, woah. Slow down there pardner. You're trying to teach leopard sensitivity training to someone who can't perceive a leopard until their face is halfway chewed off.

Shame on you. The empathy impaired are people too, and they can't be held accountable to awareness of rights that are not directly benefitting them at the moment.

Unlike the clear and present reasons why journalists must be allowed to question the powerful, you're gonna have to provide evidence for this one.
