Why Captain Marvel's 'Just A Girl' Moment Almost Didn't Happen
3 years ago by pootriarch to c/popheads
speaking of killer song placement.
also, i have a playlist that ends with:
- sabrina carpenter - shadows
- nirvana - come as you are
- no doubt - just a girl
- jay-z/linkin park: numb/encore
the core couplet from captain marvel sandwiched by stuff that just sounded appropriate
tangentially - i am the only person you will ever know for whom brie larson and john coltrane are adjacent in all-time listening charts
kind of the definition of 'low-effort'
