Looks like the door mount is moved, so the whole adjustment is probably out of whack, if the unit itself still works
This door slams with zero slowing down. Is there anything I can do to improve it short of taking it apart, like lubrication, tightening bolts, etc?

I donβt believe that arm is supposed to be bent. That might change the travel distance and engagement of the cylinder.
