What causes it?

Most of the time it's any physical activity, hot weather, temperature changes like going from cold to less cold (not even hot), spicy food, and stress. But also happens randomly when I'm lying in bed with the ac and a fan on so who really knows.

Get checked by a Rheumatologist. This is possibly autoimmune related.

I've been to numerous doctors, most of which said there's nothing they can do 😒 but yeah the doctor I'm seeing now believes it's related to my other autoimmune issues

Sounds like MCAS. Have you and your doctor looked into that?

I actually have and I've been hoping it's not that but I did like 7 vials of blood tests and nothing came up from those but I'm not sure if any were actually testing for things related to that
