Great time to buy. Probably won't be cheaper between now and DLC launch. There's already been tons of changes to balance and the class system, performance has significantly improved. It's honestly just a really wonderful world and role playing experience. I also highly recommend the short anime if that's your sort of thing.

Half-priced it's a good deal imho. The world is nice if you enjoy the cyberpunk aesthetics and feel it portrays. I usually don't like open world games, and Cyberpunk didn't actively repulse me, but I haven't finished the game either.

I paid full price for it when it came out originally. It probably wasn't worth it then, but it definitely is now. If you can get it on sale, go for it!

The voice actor of a character in the DLC got to play the new version and she wrote down some of the bigger changes in a thread on twitter. Some of the changes address common complaints like stats being tied to clothing and the police being rather boring. Just as some additional information.
