Is there a way to make Lemmy stop refreshing feed automatically?

As the title said, I' going through the feed and new posts are adding pushing what I read down, which is annoying, is there a way to stop this?

Yeh, this is annoying. I like to sort by "new", but all the auto-scrolling was about to give me a seizure.
