Progress be progress. We’ll get there folks.
From my first viewing in the theatre in 2013 in Singapore until this very second I really like the first Pacific Rim. It could have been really really bad but in the end it’s a movie with heart and you root for the characters. The CG is exceptional and the Robots and Monsters move extraordinarily well!
I love the SMB games and always will, but I first movie was so... "whelming" is the only word I can think of. I made the mistake of telling a friend a few months ago we will watch this one together. I hope he forgot I said that. I don't want to watch it anymore.
This is exactly what I thought when I read this. That funny little commercial they made back then isn’t so funny now.
I lol’Ed and snorted. Thanks!
Milli and Vanilli pulled out?! Man I would think they’d have a mortgage to pay. Maybe they invested that “Girl you know it’s true” money responsibly, but prob not.
Goddam, can we just get a Halo game in the vein of Bungie some time this half of the century? Like literally copy and paste the gameplay and just give us some new maps to multiplayer on and a campaign that is just story heavy enough to get me to churn some Covenant. At this point I don’t even want innovation.
This also worked for me for the longest time. I recently stopped using Reddit (as we all should) but if you gotta use it at least use old.reddit.com/r/subredditname
Wtf is a harambe?
I’m very confused and too buzzed to scroll the comments.
I think this map is a little dishonest and should be titled "What Offers Citzenship From Birth - Land or Blood?" I live in a country where I can absolutely naturalize after 5 years. I was not born here and my parents are not from here. This is true of many countries if you make the effort to get a work visa and show you want to be part of their society/culture.
Was this game any good? Ghost of Tsushima seemed to remain in the zeitgeist for a year or so after release (my impression anyway). I can't remember anything about this game after it came out.
I personally love a long console cycle. Devs get to become really familiar with the hardware and we get great looking games without needing new hardware.
そうですか。
I hear you. This is like Sonic on Nintendo level of crazy. Halo was what always kept me owning an Xbox. Between the lackluster recents releases (I did enjoy Infinite) and the fact it’s coming to PS I’ll probably consolidate down to PS and Nintendo next gen.
This shows how their pivot to live service was just like stepping on a rake. We know the live service path was a dud, but it also means all those first party studios now have nothing to show for it and won’t for years. If nothing is for sale, your sales crater.
I grew up on FF. This "remake" has not impressed me. I wanted to like it but every possible story beat is done worse than the original. I feel FF16 felt like doing homework.
Capcom is showing every studio how actual remakes should be done. They don't spend 7 years and over 100 million USD to do it. They all sell block buster numbers and is exactly what the old fans want with the upgrades and quality of life changes the new fans want.
The only way to convey to the decision makers at Square Enix I do not like their game is with my wallet. If you feel the same way I recommend doing the same. Do not pre-order, do not buy.
I've been learning Japanese for 20 years or something and cannot see these characters as English. This is what they gave to The Borg to force them to cut their shit no?
It’s Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma
