Assuming the training data is missing, why would it spew the nonsense that Biden started his second term this year?
This is a blatant hallucination, and until LLMs can express the simple fact that their data set is not sufficient, any output should be treated as pure fiction.
See Overton Window [Wikipedia]. It's something to keep in mind in the face of extreme discourse (like, say, a Nazi salute on live TV) before dismissing it as irrelevant.
"Constant average query time" is not that hard to understand. It means that sometimes access time is e.g. linear, and sometimes you get your content before executing the code. With a hash table large enough and full enough, this can be used to fetch content seconds, minutes, days, potentially years before the program even exists. That's one hell of a breakthrough.
[edit] /s, oops
I made the switch a few months ago with a Win backup drive just in case. It sadly saved my bacon on a couple occasions. Still, I (mostly) use Arch, btw.
Relic released the Definitive Edition of Dawn of War last week. It ran with no issues until I started playing with a friend who's on Windows. Then we encountered frequent game-breaking desync issues specific to Linux/Win crossplay. Not even a week after release, the devs pushed a hotfix for this (among other things).
It's a good sign that gamedevs have started taking Linux compatibility seriously, and that makes me very happy!
thanks for using Leebra!
