Decided to start using Freetube on desktop, Newpipe on mobile. It works!

The Onion called it with the article about ai saying not to worry because extermination of the humans will be quick and painless

Yup, Ijust moved and finally got my turntables set back up, can't wait to make a new mix

Adiós xbone

This made me reinstalled ut2k4. Used to play the demo with orbital2 instagibCTF slomo low gravity. Good times.

I mean yea but I think the monopolization of the industry is going to hurt users in the long run, YouTube has definitely gotten worse over the years of Google ownership

Update: was a good time https://www.youtube.com/live/BWMVlpJ4nu8

It's interesting to keep an eye on the development in x86 handheld space, but I'm pretty happy with my steam deck for time being

Same, looking forward to this one!

If there was ever an apocalyptic hellscape setting for a Doom total conversion Bakersfield is high on the list

Not happy about this. I'm heavily invested in the Serato ecosystem but I'm sure I'll be moving away in the future. At least MIXXX is decent alternative.

Yes others beat me to it but they are front ends. Freetube acts very similar to the YouTube browser website on desktop but can use various back end solutions like invidious (I've only been using it for a few days but seems to work this way). I've just left it on the default settings but it accomplishes what I'd like it to do, which is strip out the ads + incorporate sponsorblock.

Newpipe I've been using on android to download videos and music for offline viewing and listening for awhile now, but similar idea.
