She/Her. This is the part where I say the typical things like I'm not good at describing myself. I love to play guitar and play non-competitive computer games. I'm fairly passionate about the FOSS community. I'm hoping that this will lead me toward more friends :D

I am stealing this for my phone wallpaper. Lovely shot!

This might be the last of it I can withstand. I hate existence now (somehow) more than ever.

I need to be honest here. I bought my current "gaming" laptop in 2020 because my PC got struck by lightning right at the height of the last GPU crisis and I needed something. It came with 8gb of RAM, upgradable to 32 gb. I have never needed more. That system runs Cyberpunk at 100 steady fps, and I have no desire to play anything more graphically intense than that.

That being said, I wanted to upgrade last year because it was possible. I looked up the price for SO-DIMM RAM right after it skyrocketed and said "nope, I'm good".

Honestly it was amazing at the time. You could cast to a TV before that concept as it exists today. Automatic album art. Multiple format support. It was even a decent video player.

My favorite character that I've ever played was a lawful evil politician sorcerer. Pulling stunts like this was my primary tactic. That and ruining reputations with prestidigitation.

If someone riffle shuffled my deck like that, I'd send them an invoice.

I won't lie here. I miss my Zune. Of course, it would be unusable garbage by this point.

OK fair. I was dense there, and taking that into account, it's pretty funny

The top image implies a shuffle. Those foils are now garbage.

So, since I am female, starting an alpha male podcast might be the most sigma move ever 🤔

It covered Rush Hour and a portion of Rush Hour 2. Not 3, because the city is no fun.

I have to say that one of my biggest regrets in life is spending about 3,000 BTC on pizza. I'd be a millionaire or more if I wasn't drunk and in my first apartment.

I mostly wear dresses as I find them to be the most comfortable option, and I've only bought them with pockets for a long time now. No pockets? No sale.

The more entertaining read is God saying "fuck you, in particular" to Job.

This is missing the rest of it where he says "we were probably there too" (paraphrasing, I don't remember what was actually said) implying that either the US or white people were there 500 years ago. It is really ridiculous.

Around 2004 I had just recently graduated a shitty tech school as a DBA. Soon after I got a job via my father for one of his college buddies. My job was to convert old cobbled together FoxPro into something relatively modern. I was also hired simultaneously to the same company as a Java web developer and had to combine the two. I spent 2 hellish years there and haven't touched code since, which sucks because I used to really love programming.

The Xbox runs the og XBMC. It is still my media server after 20ish years. Having to use FTP for it is kind of a pain, though. Upside is 500gb hard drive with old Xbox games and every emulator game I'd ever want to run.

I... what? This is so incredibly far from where I stand on the matter that I can't relate at all. Give me the gift card, please. I've never received a gift card that I didn't use within a week.

They wouldn't float either because that much mercury would cause the floor(s) of the building to collapse.
