My ex and I were roommates with 3 other people. The others were all gone and we were in my room getting ready, she got up to get lube or a vibrating cock ring or something, I can't remember. But she left the door open. I'm laying there, dick straight up in the air when her cat jumps on my bed. Whatever, it'll leave when we get down to business. But no, the cat sneakily crawls between my legs and licks the underside of my helmet. Right where that line of skin is that connects head to shaft. I freaked, cat freaked and ran off, I go soft and the mood is over.

If you thought a cats tongue was scratchy on your hand...

The second is exactly right, though at the same time school books are a massive scam too. They'll change a picture or reorganize the wording and say the old one is outdated. I don't know anything about k-12 book sales but I am intimately aware of how the college book system works. So I can't imagine it's a whole lot different other than possibly cheaper to avoid scandal.

"were going to spread ourselves too thin to be able to defend ourselves!"

The threat of nukes and a weakened American ally will only get you so far. This is why Pakistan is spreading its nuclear umbrella.

You're half right, half wrong. Upvoted anyways but I'll tell you why.

Half of bethesdas problems are the engine they use. The other half are bad writing. Neither is the fault of the devs that got laid off. I may be wrong on this point but I don't think any of the writing team got laid off.

And the engine choice isn't their fault either, they continue to duct tape new features to a 30 year old engine and rely on modders and like 3 senior devs that understand how it "works". It's like trying to run AI on a Gameboy. The younger devs are working with one arm tied behind their back, and that isn't their fault either.

The best thing about bethesdas games are the things left to the types of devs that got laid off. The environmental storytelling, the Easter eggs, and the overall feel of the game. The people making the decisions are still there, still making bad decisions, and fistfuls of money.

So I do feel for the people that got laid off thanks to managements poor decisions like wasting time porting 11 and 15 year old games to every new system that comes out, or mobile games and MMOs.

It did at first, until I kept reading and figured out the context.

I took it as "this is the thought process that you might not have thought of" as in neurons firing differently. It's not disrespectful to say one group thinks differently.

I have ADHD and my mind gets put on a track I can't control, so sometimes I'll hear someone say something and stop listening to the conversation and just find out where my brain chooses to let me off. Sometimes I laugh at the stop, while my friends kept up normal conversation. They're like "what?" And I have to just laugh and wave it off because it's not worth explaining my train of thought. Or why I'm laughing at their uncles golf cart crash that lead to him being hospitalized because of bees.

People think differently and sometimes you explain it, sometimes you don't. Honestly in this context, I think it puts it in a light mood like a joking mansplaining, when they're really explaining their neurodivergence. Like I often do with my son "listen here you little shit..." When he asks obvious insulting questions about when I was young and lived in caves, or what I remember about sailing with Columbus.

Clearly the intent isn't misogyny.

The army put me at 6'4 20 years ago, barefoot. My last Drs appointment said I was 6'3 while wearing New balance with a fat cushy sole.

It's absolutely true. The first sign is not maintaining infrastructure. Check. The last sign is not maintaining the military. Looks like thats a check.

As above so below- In this moment.

It's a badass song and it came on while I was in the parking lot at work shortly before I had to go in. Then that slow saliva song came on, instead of listening to that I rewound because that's not the vibe I want heading into work.

Oh absolutely. In the end, I got rid of mine because of rust and overall growing failure list. It had 72k miles...

Picked up something more practical that passengers wouldn't get sick in from the ride, while maintaining or beating it in off-road capability.

Also, yup, it was the JK, kind of coincidental that that's the generation that made them a joke.

It happened when they released the "unlimited" wranglers, the ones with 4 doors. Once "fun moms" found out about em, that was it. That did 2 things: made jeep realize they didn't need to be as rugged, and forced their "tough guy" audience to separate themselves with mods.
