In the past week I have done several full body workouts.

After finding out that putting weights in my backpack and walking up and down the stairs was a good at home leg workout, I decided to start doing weighted push ups as well. Started with 10kg extra but I feel like being able to add more. I can go up to 25-27kg if needed.

For the next few weeks I will be going on a holiday and I won't be able to work out much. I'll probably do swimming and some body weight exercises from time to time to keep up routine.

The weather has turned from sunny, hot and dry to typical Belgian grey, rainy and stormy. This has made taking cold showers a bit harder, as it now is 15 degrees outside when I hop in. Nevertheless I still want to keep it up, as the challenge starts when it gets colder of course.

Lunges with weights are my favorite leg exercise. Found some old sparring equipment in my garage so hopefully I can start working the heavy bag again here soon.

I take that back, biking is probably my favorite leg exercise. Lunges are the truth, P90x showed me me the way, and I haven't looked back since. Grab between 20lbs (9kg) to 200lbs (91kg) of weight. Keep your chest high and vertical. Stretch your leg out as far as you can, get as low as you can WITHOUT touching your knee on the ground (no cheating!). Do this across a 20ft (6m) span and back, that's one rep. I'll do usually 5-10 reps, and 3-10 sets, depending on how much time I have. Trust me you will feel it.

15° sounds nice compared to 38°

Hope you have a lovely holiday.

I have also started putting the weight i have in a small bag as I go for runs in the morning.

(26° with 70% humidity is still better then later in the day)

Definitely kicks my ass for now atleast. But with that said, leg days are the best days forsure!

I worked out yesterday for the first time in months. Right hip and knee still flare up and bother me. Causing me to take breaks and then getting back into routine is a b**ch. Need to see my Dr about getting some scans to figure out the problem.

I did deadlifts, bench press, and curls. All lower weight to wake the muscles up but enough to cause me to be a little sore today. Changed how many reps I do. Used to go for sets of 10 but dropping it down to 8 and see if it has any change to my joints.
