Looking for a specific turtle turnover

In this technique, you reach between uke's legs, grab their belt, and pull it straight up to turn them over. Does anyone recognize this, and if so, do you know if it has a name or if there's a video of it floating around?

Not seen that sorry. I imagine it only works when they are really tightly balled up (?)

I tried to find something but I can't see any videos showing that sort of movement. Do you have any specific questions on it?
