Yesterday I noticed I was seeing community posts showing up in the subscription feed and the home feed even though I have both turned off in the settings.
Has anyone else seen this, worked around or fixed this?
Anyone else seeing community posts in home or subscriptions even though they are set to hidden?

Yeah. I'm on v 19.04.37 and started seeing those a few days ago.
Just wait on an update from the team and patch the app again. Happened months ago and it was removed in the next update.
