"We're doing everything to encourage customers to purchase our most expensive and profitable bundle."

"How is the sign in experience? Still locking people out of their various accounts when they try that bundle?"

"We're doing everything we consider reasonable, short of paying expensive tech workers to make our shit work correctly to encourage customers to purchase our most expensive and profitable bundle."

"What if the wealthy customers we're trying to attract just want a reliable viewing experience?"

Gets thrown out of a window.

Edit: What we really think will attract wealthy long term subscribers is attempting to hold someone to a binding arbitration clause instead of trying to make them whole. That's the kind of classy move that our subscribers like to see alongside our classic films and family friendly content.

Inclusive policies and brilliant artists collaborating may have gotten us here, but shithead lawyers are the path of the future!

Ahoy, matey!

As if they would rather you sail and get the engagement slop for free!

So... still free?
