Amazon: hiring anti-union consultants who advise companies on ways to skirt or violate federal laws in order to crush labor organizing

2 years ago by cyu to c/unions

Even within the booming anti-union consulting industry, this is an unusually high amount of spending.

The way to solve this is union busting needs to be a criminal offense.

As far as I know they’re civil penalties and not criminal.

The only way this stops is sending people to prison.

I’m not a union person myself, nor do I want to be but companies unfairly try to smash legal unions activities.

They get a smack on the hand, a fine but the union is smashed.

Do you think the ceo would allow illegally activity or even questionable if he was looking at twenty years in prison ?

we should name and shame these consultants

make their lives fucking miserable

show them what it's like when their job makes them suffer.
