For me, I tried dating and found it incredibly frustrating and mentally exhausting and draining, so I went down the escort route. Also, I live with my parents, so I couldn't find a way to make proper dating work.

My dating experiences have ranged from bad to terrible. Ladies here tend to be incredibly frigid.
Here in the UK, prostitution is legal but many things commonly associated with the sex industry (brothels, pimping, kerb crawling, soliciting sex in a public place) are criminalised. But I still think I'd rather go to the Netherlands or Germany since they have fully regulated sex industries.

Idk if you want advice, so stop reading if you dont š thereās nothing wrong with hiring an escort. Make sure you choose one that takes her business seriously bc those girls treat clients well. Good sign if she has a website. I think its important to "date nornal" too. Maybe you can meet girls to take to dinner to meet "regular women" while getting sex from an escort. this is just my 2 cents
To add to the dating advice: try not to approach dating from the angle of āneedingā to find a partner. While you should be putting your best self forward, you donāt want to try to win a girl over by acting like someone youāre not because you think she wants someone different than you. Your goal should be to meet someone who likes who you are and that you enjoy spending time with.
So yes, get some exercise! Better yourself! Try to find things you enjoy doing that make you a better person! But donāt try to become someone different than you. You will meet people that arenāt into you. You will meet people that you arenāt into. Thatās totally ok and normal. Itās part of the dating process to figure out whether you two click or if you should move on and find someone else.
