What would it take to get Russia, USA, Canada, and the EU in a 4 “Nations” Cup?

My guess is peace in Ukraine. Russias war of aggression is what's keeping them from participating in sports events.

It's unfortunate of course, the Russian best-on-best team would be a force to fear!
