Yeah, this is one of the reasons why I hope we get a filter for specific words in posts soon. It feels like every time I open Lemmy I see several posts about Reddit. People are obsessed as if Reddit is an ex girlfriend they just can't get out of their mind.

Who cares if people want to talk about Reddit? It's only been a week! The whining about people talking about it is worse than people just talking about it.

I've actually been pretty impressed with the way things have expanded in the last couple of days, yes the Reddit posts where getting a bit much but if you sort by all instead of local and new instead of hot I feel like things have open up significantly with all manner of topics and communities popping off, get in there try to acknowledge the good and the new, ignore the circle jerk it's all good
