Need Android Launcher Recommendation

Is there a Android Launcher that supports

organize app icons in bulk
automatically add newly installed app icon to homescreen
an option to add all already installed app that aren't on home screen to home screen
easy to organize app icon on home screen into folders
easy to organize app icon on app drawer into folders (may not be necessary)

appreciate any helP

Nova was mentioned by @DavidP@lemmy.world, however they were purchased by an analytics company, and my understanding is it now has some nepharious garbage in it.

I switched to Neo Launcher, a FOSS launcher that is very similar.

However many prefer Lawnchair, which is also similar and FOSS.

Both of those meet your criteria.

Damn, I was reluctant to move from the Pixel launcher for I really enjoy it and didn't know Lawnchair. Thank you so much, you changed my phone's life!

I have installed Lawnchair nightly and I'm trying to use it as default. But when it loads only 3 apps icons are shown in home screen. It seems that I need to manually drag and drop all my 50 icons from drawer to home screen. is this the default behaviour. Is there a way to add all icons directly to home screen?

Also I know that it supports add newly installed app to home screen and I have enabled it in the setting. But my newly installed app from f-droid doesn't show automatically on my home screen which bothers me a lot

if "lock desktop" is on, that may be the reason why

I have been using Nova for a LONG time, and wasn't aware of them getting bought, what nefarious thing is it doing now? Do you have some reports on it? Although I can imagine the sort of things analytic companies are doing.

I highly recommend a switch. Neo has proven to be very similar. Like, clonish similar.

I mean. Apex Launcher does all this stuff (except I don't know what organize app icons in bulk means in this context). If it means apply an icon pack? Then it does that.
