Looking for discord servers with good vibes, anything around cozy, coop, wholesome gaming.
I'm open for any suggestions. Been trying to look via the discord server search services, but that's rather painful, honestly.

I'm a member of a Discord server like that. It's named Past Gen. This is the server's own introduction:
Welcome to Past Gen Gaming! We're a community of generally older, but mainly patient and relaxed gamers. There is no age requirement to join us, just the mindset. We won't tolerate elitism, toxicity, nor any form of hatred. A lot of us don't have a lot of free time, so when we do, we like it to be a good time. Best I found was a Discord server called "dads gaming". Rather than whiny youngsters, you get middle aged med who have little time for gaming, so they play casually and are happy to play with others who are also mediocre. I haven't used this for ages though.

For tabletop, I recently discovered "The Land of Eem" and it looks like the definition of "Cosy".
YouTube, Discord, it's all over the place. Described as "Lord of the Rings With Muppets".

The problem I've found in the past with these kinds of big discord servers is that they're primarily used to advertise streamers or YouTube channels. Meaning they're full of inactive people that just post in streamer link chat channels when they go live and that's basically it. I was actually a mod for a big gamer discord server that ended up exactly like this, so the few of us that were active branched off and made another server with only the active people. Problem is life gets in the way and sadly eventually they drift apart as well. I would love another active cozy server though.

This community is mostly for discussion and news. Remember to search for the thing you're submitting before posting to see if it's already been posted.
We want to keep the quality of posts high. Therefore, memes, funny videos, low-effort posts and reposts are not allowed. We prohibit giveaways because we cannot be sure that the person holding the giveaway will actually do what they promise.
5. Mark Spoilers and NSFW
Make sure to mark your stuff or it may be removed.
No one wants to be spoiled. Therefore, always mark spoilers. Similarly mark NSFW, in case anyone is browsing in a public space or at work.
6. No linking to piracy
Don't share it here, there are other places to find it. Discussion of piracy is fine.
We don't want us moderators or the admins of lemmy.world to get in trouble for linking to piracy. Therefore, any link to piracy will be removed. Discussion of it is of course allowed.
