How to migrate from RAIDZ1 to RAIDZ2 without a spare ZFS server or a boatload of extra disks.

I couldn't imagine trying to do this with an enterprise array lol. ZFS is great for SOHO's, but it's the stuff of nightmares for the enterprise.
