Does anyone else's Tor Browser won't start connections?

Like, I tried every single bridge, and no connecting.

Get a webtunnel bridge from the tor website and add it as a custom bridge.

I have found that it often takes a very long time for Tor to build a circuit (bootstrap) using obfs4, because of what seems to be difficulty finding bridges.

Everything normal here. Granted I'm not on a network that blocks Tor so the Tor Browser's normal startup/connecting routine has always worked fine.
