Any eta on opening images in-app and allowing download? Another thing i’ve seen is long posts show almost the entire text on the home page, instead of a like a paragraph, it shows the entire 7-8 paragraphs and takes up the entire screen at once. Would be nice to have that collapsed until you actually view the post.

This is a very good beta. Excited to see what you do with it. I was a premium Apollo user, unsure if Christian has any interest in a federated app but if so I think y’all would make a great team. Regardless this feels like the spiritual successor to Apollo I hoped for.

The app crashes a lot. Other than that long term I’d like to see swipe gestures for things like upvoting, like Apollo

As a graphic designer I’d love to make a variant app logo, is there a process for submitting it or just pop it into the community?

This is a great start to the App, but it still feels quite unfinished.

1. Currently, I can't select which community I want to view in my feed. Only "All" and "Subscribed". Unless there is something I'm missing...

Please allow a feature to be able to sort feed by specific communities.

In the future, I'd love to have "custom feeds" available that can be a checkbox of selected communities. For example, if half of my time is spent on communities for /c/Memes, /c/asklemmy and /c/gaming - I could select "Custom 1", label it as "Pin's Favorites" and have it display only those.

1. As well, I cannot search for communities that I am not a part of. I can only do that with the Desktop version at this moment.

2. Please, please, please allow users to customize text, spacing & font options under Appearance. This will be extremely helpful with accessibility. I have vision impaired friends that would find the current sizing a little difficult. As well, for my own preferences - the standard font size is a little too large.

3. The Accounts page should not be the parent page. It should be default login, any modifications should be through settings.

4. Gestures for up & downvoting (like in Apollo or Narwhal) would be appreciated. Of course - this should be an option a user turns on or off in the settings.

5. The current app icon is great! But in the spirit of things - it would be nice to be able to customize that as well.

Should all instances of duplicated posts be gone? I’m still seeing this occasionally on my “All” feed (I’ve confirmed they are from the same server).

@BrooklynMan@lemmy.ml i can't login, it says "logged in to lemmy.ml as -email-" and a second later "colud not connect to lemmy.ml". I can log fine on safari...

Love the app and constant updates. Really appreciate the hard work you are putting in to provide the community with a quality app. Experiencing more random crashes in this version however. 13 Pro Max with latest iOS. Seem to happen completely randomly, sometimes scrolling through posts, or comments, or when submitting a comment.

Great update so far! Seems to have fully resolved the issues with duplicates in the feed.

Love the app so far. Just one suggestion, a way to make text or comment text bigger. For me it’s a little too small.

When I’m clicking on Messages it only shows my account name and some number. Is this still in development?

I am having difficulties adding my account. It appears there’s a bug when you attempt to log in with a lengthy password.

I love this app. Recently starting this morning it’s been crashing frequently a minute or so after I start scrolling my feed on Lemmy.ml. Not sure if it’s related to Lemmy.ml being overloaded or an app bug.

Is there a best place to submit feature requests? Matrix? One thing that I'd love to see from third-party Reddit apps like Apollo, Slide, and Narwhal is Haptic Touch previews (link previews, post previews, see the parent comment, etc).
