Dyedfox Radio - A native KDE internet radio player

5 months ago by dyedfox to c/kde

Dear KDE and Arch Linux users, If there are radio lovers among you, I am glad to share that I am releasing Dyedfox Radio - a desktop internet radio player for KDE Plasma. Inspired by Shortwave, it features a native KDE look and feel using PyQt6. You can use it on GNOME as well, if you’re okay with how KDE applications look on GNOME! 😄

Install from AUR: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/dyedfox-radio

Note: I utilized Claude Code to help assist in the creation of this project. However, I take full responsibility for the code, its maintenance, and any bugs that may arise.

I would be very happy to hear your feedback!

PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE POSTING HERE.

Developers do not look for reports on social media, so they will not see it and all it does is clutter up the feed.
