How is it possible that things can get worse if the wrong person is in charge, but that one would argue that things can't get better with the right person in charge? Either the person in charge has an effect on our collective situation or they don't.

American's don't have class consciousness. If a revolution happens it will be a fascist authoritarian one like we saw on Jan 6.
Are you part of a revolutionary militia? If not, you better get your ass to the ballot box at the very least. Posting memes on your favorite social media app isn't going to change shit
