Last week I told off one of my trainees for running in the building, and yet I split up with my ex because she moved to a different city to start her own business ... both of them are 24.

How was the experience of being in a relationship with someone exactly half your age? Asking from a place of genuine curiosity not judgement. Sounds the ex moved through life with more maturity than the trainee?
