A hard disagree from me.

As a lesbian with occasional exceptions, I hate pubic hair on me, and find it off-putting on those I sleep with.

Trimming (with a "bodyhair trimmer") the whole area takes me about one minute once a week (I don't shave, otherwise I get ingrown hairs), and I'm told it's very pleasant like that for a variety of activities

Not a useful euphemism ... say to a kid "mommy and mommy were just playing hotwheels last night" then the kid probably wants to get in the bedroom next time, so they can have a go

Nothing quite like that ... there was a room with RM Nimbus', which were 80186 based PC compatibles running proprietary software. And in the business studies room they had 8086 PCs with text-mode WordPerfect on them.

Science classrooms had BBC Acorns, which you could program in basic, but were of little other use for fun.

Then when I was 13 or so there were some diskless 386s with Windows 3, that booted off the network, and I was quite fascinated with them. Someone found out how to break into the network they were on, using a macro in MS Word 2.0.

I taught myself how to sneak around, and ended up putting a copy of Wolfenstein from a machine with a disk drive in a directory named like system flles ... and then drove teachers nuts by sneaking into classrooms to kill Nazis during break times.

That got me some detentions after school, lol. I didn't hear of anyone else pushing the limits as far.

I have done this a VERY limited amount of times, cuddling for the night is a very intimate experience so the line between being comfortable doing it and not wanting / needing more intimacy is very fine

Had a funny conversation last night with a 25 year old lad who had had a little too much to drink. He was from the countryside (so, no internet), and has only been working in a city for a couple of weeks.

I think it was the first time he'd ever talked to someone "alternative" and he just kept digging himself into a hole.

He tried chatting me up gently (complimented my tattoos, hand on my knee, etc), I pointed out my wedding ring. He asked about my husband, I told him about my wife. He asked if I planned on having kids, and I told him my son is now 33 years old ...

Bless him, he was so not prepared for any of my answers, and got a little flustered.

This is the thing, I used okcupid ages ago, too, but for dating. And I met some nice people ... but it turned weird at some point and I started getting loads of messages from Arabic men, and couples looking for a unicorn. And the connection with genuine women trailed off.

I gave up on it, and then promptly met my now-wife through a hobby meetup, lol

A light coloured Roman tile outer roof, supported by vented bricks that allow airflow, above a vented attic space, above a concrete ceiling also lined with vented bricks (essentially a second roof).

Then it has external shutters, shades (again with a top of Roman tiles) that stick out enough that sunlight doesn't hit the windows directly through the hottest part of the day.

The walls are thick, double-skinned with an air-gap, and painted white on the outside.

Inside, all foors are tiled over concrete so they act as a heatsink, too. Plus it's built partly into the mountain side.

Since moving in we've added some ceiling insulation, double glazing, and redone the chimney so that it's well sealed and doesn't allow warm air in. Next up is heat exchangers, probably one on each end of the house.
